Reflection We felt quite puzzled on these new experiences, opinions and new information. We also felt happy and stressed at the same time completing all the task and assignment given by our lecturer and we are thankful for the things we faced. We also learned new things and this assignment may or may not have changed the way think in our daily life as is a very impacting subject. We also gained new experiences and gained new knowledge through every class and every assignments we had gone through. We also learned on how to cope with the obstacles by thinking out the best solution to overcome them. This subject provides us with the knowledge on leadership and group chemistry which aids us in completing all the task. And it will also be useful for future use   During the course of this subject we did gain most of the knowledge through experience.  This is know as experiential learning. The Presentation  28th August. On this day we had our presentation. It went well and every member presented perfectly. Everyone was well prepared and madam was somewhat satisfied with it. We just had a minor problems that could be easily fixed but all in all.It was a good one!Was very proud of all IU members. Madam Ruziani also pointed the flaws of our presentation which she wishes we will learn from it and use that knowledge for future presentations.

Preparation for the Presentation 27, August ,Today, we burned the midnight oil in finishing  the slides for our presentation. The presentation is going to be about the summary of the group dynamics assignment. We analyzed the two meeting held by SRC committee and the Admission unit by listening and jotting down every answer that they give regarding our questions provided. We also analyzed the all surveys and calculated the percentage of the surveys given to 25 students.Which all will be presented on the slides. We also went through the whole interviewing video and listed down all the answered questions from our interviewee. We spent 3 hours completing and polishing our slides. And prepared our MMU T-shirt for the presentation The conflict with Samuel's housemate We had a minor conflict with one of Samuel's housemate when we had our second session in preparation of the presentation. Admissions Unit The admissions Unit is mainly in charge in managing the admissions of new students to the MMU. Their tasks are to assort the students into their preferred courses that the students have registered both online and personally. Their building is located at the side of MMU's. 2nd Interview 2nd of August,We held our second interview with Admission unit's authority, Chin Fei Fei. The meeting was  held in her office which is in The admission Unit building. On this session, the interviewer was Tamil, Shun and Jaycee. She only limited 5 of our members in her office as it wasn't very spacious. We asked her about the latest informations about MMU. She was responsible about the interview. She gave us full support and answer all of our questions in details. From that interview, we know more about on how MMU operates. \ We are thankful the MS Ching Fei Fei is free enough to be able to do this interview despite her busy schedule. The Interview

About the SRC/OC Committee It is a organization which is kointly made to organize the MMU orientation program. The Interview On July 26, we completed interviewing task. We interviewed  Daniel Saw which is a MMU's Student Representative Council. The interview was held in an empty class in the CLC building. Daniel was interviewed by two of our group members which were Samuel and Chang Fong. I (Harraz) was assigned to be the interviewing typist, in charge on typing every single question that Daniel answered. All members were present and each of them fully participated and helped in this interviewing process. The Interview Summary We are unable to include the video in this blog as the video file was accidentally shot at a 4K format. Rendering the 6 minute video to acquire the size of 3 gigabytes. The blogspot default uploading quota can only be up to 100mb videos. However we played the video on our laptops, jotted down every questions answered by Mr Daniel Saw.

General Discussion in Library We gathered together libary to discuss about the preparation of the coming interview. We prepared the survey form and interview question according to the guidelines given by madam Ruziani. At that time we also contacted Daniel Saw and Miss Chin Fei Fei to assign time date and venue for our interview session.  Job Distributions Samuel -             Assign Task, Leading the interviewing processes. Harraz -           Organize group blog, Prepare group presentation. Chang Fong -   Help in contacting the interviewee. Liong -             Prepare the group presentation. Shun -               Record video of the Interview Session. Masanobu-        Assist group tasks.
